to ensure the fairness, impartiality and professionalism of the selection, the "geely star anchor" event will set up multiple rounds of different assessments and a strict screening mechanism. during the audition stage, the "phoenix editor group" will conduct a preliminary screening of the entries with professional vision and rich experience, and select 100 outstanding candidates to form a "100-person anchor group". in the 100 to 30 stage, the professional quality and knowledge accumulation of the contestants will be comprehensively assessed in combination with the different requirements of geely holding group's brands for anchors, and online competitions will be conducted. the final selection will set up offline customized sessions, through simulated live broadcasts, plot interpretations and other forms, to assess the actual combat capabilities of the candidates, and comprehensively evaluate and select 9 people to debut as a group.
